Once you have your ingredients, preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit, or 190 degrees C. Cream the butter and sugar together, while gradually adding the eggs and vanilla. In a isolate bowl sift the flour mix, baking soda, salt, and baking powder together. Stir the dry compound into the wet compound until it is totally blended, and then mix in the chocolate chips.
Drop teaspoonfuls of the compound two inches apart on a lightly greased baking sheet. Pop them in the oven, and after six or eight minutes, you will have yummy cookies that are great for the celiac diet, and completely delicious!
